Coupled with many organizations generally embracing remote/hybrid work, employees typically need more frequent communication to stay up-to-date with important announcements and changes.
To make it easier for you to reach your whole organization in one click, we’ve released the capability to send out Organization Announcements: a powerful and highly requested feature.
You will now be able to type one announcement and send it to your entire organization across all your teams.
Only organization admins have this capability. So, to send out your first global announcement, just log in to your dashboard and click on the announcements icon, then simply choose “Organization” while creating your announcement.
All your collaborators across all your projects will now see get notified via email.
That email includes:
- The name of the person who posted the announcement
- The name of the organization
- Text of the announcement
- And a reply button that redirects recipients to the announcement page where they can post their replies.
