2009

Transifex is founded

Red Hat and Intel use Transifex to localize their operating systems.

2011

Diving into SaaS

Transifex signs their first recurring subscription.

2013

Product Market Fit

Transifex signs its 100th customer and establishes itself as the leader in the nascent localization platform category.

2014

Transifex Live is launched

Transifex Live works through a snippet of JavaScript making it really easy to translate web app and websites, without any files.

2015

Venture Funding

Transifex attracts leading VC firms such as NEA and Toba Capital to fuel its growth.

2018

Continued Growth

Transifex serves over 500 customers across 50 countries representing 40,000 projects in more than 150 languages.

2020

Transifex Native is launched

With Transifex Native, there is no need for developers to deploy code just for localization purposes. Sounce content gets translated while development is under-way.

2022

PARC Partners

Transifex announces new growth investment and leadership transition led by PARC Partners.

2025

Transifex joins XTM Group

Transifex became part of the XTM Group, further strengthening our commitment to delivering world-class localization solutions.
