Short bio:

Ela has worked in the digital & social media industry since 2005. She spent six years as the Social Operations & Project Manager for Magnet Digital, a leading web company in Turkey, overseeing three website projects with over 11 million users. From this, she transitioned into Online Media as an executive consultant and strategist, offering consultation sessions for a range of top-tier brands such as Nestle Turkey, Citroen Turkey, CocaCola Turkey and Citibank EMEA. She migrated from Istanbul, Turkey to New Zealand in late 2012. In New Zealand, Ela has worked with government agencies like Ministry for Culture & Heritage and IRD and also with brands such as Kiwibank, NZ Post, Countdown, Absolut, Jameson’s, Holden and more. She has a great pedigree in social media and overall Digital Management Strategies such as Online Reputation Management, Online Crisis Management, Social CRM, Social Advertising & Marketing, SMO and Social Analytics.
