TextMaster and Transifex Partner to Make Ordering Professional Translations Easy for Developers

Mastervoice – Paris, France; New York, NY; Menlo Park, CA — October 23, 2013

TextMaster, the trusted provider of professional translation, proofreading and copywriting services around the world, has partnered with Transifex, maker of a cloud-based localization platform for managing translations of websites, apps and digital content. Through this integration, software developers and product managers can streamline their workflow and order professional translations in the same place where they oversee the localization of their product.

Translation can have a serious impact on app success; research by Distimo shows that adding a language can increase downloads by 128% and boost revenue by 26%.

Starting October 23, Transifex users can order translations into French, Spanish, German, Italian, Portuguese, Dutch, Polish, Russian, Chinese, and English, and choose between two complexity levels — Regular and Premium — based on their needs. Orders are sent to TextMaster’s translators and automatically delivered back in Transifex once completed, saving users the time of searching for translators and manually handling language files. Additionally, users are able to communicate directly with translators to facilitate revisions or answer questions.

“We are delighted to partner with Transifex to give their customers a simple and high quality service,” said Thibault Lougnon, CEO of TextMaster. “TextMaster has always put the user experience at the forefront of our business and with these new additions, it will be easier than ever for Transifex clients to integrate professional translations into their workflow,” added Kristi Poldsam, US Country Manager for TextMaster.

Dimitris Glezos, CEO of Transifex, added, “In today’s global economy, it is vital to offer your product in multiple languages. Our partnership with TextMaster allows developers to get quality translations with just a few clicks, then quickly get it out the door to the new markets they want to reach.”

With convenient, direct access to professional translations, software developers and product managers can now grow their international user base more easily.
